Camfed filmmakers

We’ve trained 44 women in Ghana and Zambia to be filmmakers; they’ve produced 60 films and radio broadcasts.

Watch their Stories

To help girls and young women in rural Africa share their stories, we document their narratives on film. The stars of these short films are those in our programs, who are working to get an education, launch small businesses or help members of their communities.
